Go to the Register and complete the registration form with your full name (as shown on your MyKad), an active Malaysian mobile number, email address, and password. Click "Register Free Now". Check your email for a verification link and click it to activate your account. The whole process takes under 3 minutes.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play on mudah365. This is a legal requirement that cannot be waived. During the identity verification (KYC) process, you may be asked to submit a copy of your MyKad. mudah365 takes the protection of minors seriously.

Yes. Log in to your mudah365 account, go to Account Settings and select "Personal Information". Changing your phone number requires OTP verification to your old number first, followed by verification to the new number. No. Each individual is only permitted one mudah365 account. For e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and GrabPay, the limit is typically RM5,000 per transaction. For FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks, limits can go up to RM30,000 per transaction, subject to your own bank's limits.

Deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and DuitNow are typically processed and credited to your mudah365 account within under 30 seconds. Deposits via FPX take between 1–5 minutes depending on your bank's processing system. If your deposit has not been credited after 15 minutes, contact our support team with proof of transaction (screenshot).

First, check whether the amount has been deducted from your e-wallet or bank account. If it has, wait up to 15 minutes as there may be a processing delay. If it still hasn't been credited after 15 minutes, contact mudah365 support via live chat with the following: your account number, deposit amount, payment method used, and a screenshot of the transaction. We'll resolve it within 30 minutes.

mudah365 does not charge any deposit processing fees on our end. 100% of your deposit goes into your account with no deductions. That said, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply a small transaction fee — this is a third-party policy outside of mudah365's control. Please check with your e-wallet provider for details.
Withdrawals & Payments

Log in to your mudah365 account and go to the "Wallet" or "Finance" section. Select "Withdrawal" and enter the amount you wish to withdraw. Choose your preferred payout method — either to an e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay) or directly to your Malaysian bank account via DuitNow. The minimum withdrawal amount at mudah365 is RM30 per transaction. The maximum withdrawal limit depends on your account verification level. Your original deposit (excluding bonus) can be withdrawn at any time with no conditions.
